It is very surprising for me to read such a brief note on the death of a member of the ETH community without even mentioning the name of the person, any condolences to his family, colleagues, etc. I am very glad that the ambulance has reacted very quickly and that there exists the possiblity of obtaining psychological help. I also think that it is important to make it known that at the ETH we are well organized and think about preventing such disasters, but I find that all of this is completely inappropriate in a short notice on the death of a person from the community. Your announcement sounds a lot more like a defence statement than a sympathetic one. I certainly hope you will treat this very serious issue in a more humane manner.
